This is a new facility in the form of a configurable social bookmarking plug-in that can be easily incorporated into any website irrespective of the motivation for developing the website. The facility allows users to add additional external links, within the context of the website content, will encourage users to treat the website as a portal, both encouraging traffic and increasing the desirability of the website as a destination. The plug-in can be easily configurable through a control panel.
