Aha-soft ArtIcons allows you to find and extract icons, create and edit icons, import and export icons and manage icon libraries. With this program you can create and edit icons with image formats in standard and custom sizes, with color depths up to 16 million colors. Paint tools include: color replacer, color selector, spray can, pencil, brush, flood fill, text tool, line tool, rectangle, curve, ellipse, 3d frame and enhanced gradient and chess fillings. ArtIcons lets you import, export and change color palettes for icon images. You can import icons from .ico, .ani, .cur, .wmf, .emf, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg and .gif files; capture screen; export icon images into .ico, .bmp, .jpg, .rc files; extract icons from Windows executables and libraries (.exe, .scr, .icl, .dll, .il, .nil, .ocx, .vbx, .dpl, .bpl and other), cursor and animated cursor files (.cur, .ani). It allows you to split icons into simple images and split icon libraries into icons. You can also create icon libraries for better and more efficient icon storage. ArtIcons allows you to scan files and folders for icons, delete identical icons from libraries, sort icons in libraries, drag and drop files from Windows Explorer or other file shells and drag and drop icons from one library to another. You can copy and paste icons in libraries as well as copy and paste images to other applications.
